Paul Gupta, President & CEO
Paul brings over 35 years of industry and business experience at the divisions of GE, GM, Allied Signal, Westinghouse, and Hitachi Corporations. Paul has been involved in multiple successful “SaaS” cloud-based technology start-up companies, and started PreSoft over 14 years ago.


David Justice, Senior Executive VP
David brings over 40 years of proven executive experience in technology, sales, marketing, and business development at AT&T, MCI, M8, and ITC Deltacom. David is a high-impact, innovative leader with perspective for increased revenues, and positively impact branding strategies.

Christopher Campbell, Chief Marketing Officer,
Christopher brings extensive executive experience in sales and strategic marketing at Fortune 500 companies and all levels of State Government. Christopher has been CEO of multiple companies and CIO of a prominent State managing its IT and Telecommunications Legislative affairs.

John Overley, VP of Sales & Business Development
John brings over 35 years of experience at divisions of IBM, Attachmate, and Camvera in sales, marketing, and business development in enterprise software, telecommunications, mobile applications development, IOT, and wireless technologies.

Maurice Threatt, VP of Government Contracting
Maurice brings over 25 years of technical consulting experience in Government contracting soliciting and managing contracts with SBA, GSA, US Army Corp of Engineers, Dept of VA, Justice, Commerce, HHS, and DOD federal agencies.

Felix Mallette, VP of International Business
Felix has a proven track record of bringing disruptive and innovative technologies to the market. He is currently in charge of large strategic projects and partnerships for international technology and business expansion in the Canadian market.

Mike Justice, Director of Sales/Marketing
Mike brings over 20 years of sales, marketing, and business development experience in technology, finance, and insurance industries. In the recent past, Mike marketed a Healthcare IT solution in Australia and New Zealand providing software solutions to medical practices.
